FieldReceipt AI includes AI-generated summaries as part of its current product experience. These summaries are intended to help organize field information and should be reviewed by the responsible professional before they are shared or used for a handoff.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or missing important context. Users should verify the underlying photos, notes, measurements, moisture readings, room details, and other source information before relying on a report.

FieldReceipt AI does not decide cause, coverage, liability, fraud, negligence, or other legal or insurance outcomes. Those judgments remain with the appropriate human professionals.

The approved disclosure should identify the AI-assisted features in scope, relevant data flows and retention choices, the providers or models involved where required, whether submitted content is used for model improvement, and the controls available to users.
